Hi, has anyone had this issue following their billing date, Im unable to make any 01 or 02 calls. The number rings but when the person on the PSTN phone picks up the call imediately drops on the PSTN end and they get a tone similar to number unavailable.
Ive raised a ticket but having not much luck so far with the CSC in resolving the issue.
I have this same issue with Xlite, SJphone or a Grandstream IP phone.
I have no issues with incoming calls tho.... any ideas anyone?
I know what happened.
I added credit to my account and all of a sudden I can make calls., BUT I get charged for them.
Suggests the billing system for Plustalk messed up following my billing date and removed my inclusive calls.
Ive amended my ticket to ask for my calls and also to ask for a credit for my incorrectly charged calls.
Hopefully F9/ PlusNET will fix this as its spoiling a good service.
