My Plusnet VoIP phone is disconnected by Plusnet on a regular basis for no reason. I can make calls sometimes but Callers get a message to say I have HUNG UP - now I have lost my 0845 number because it hasn't been used. Is someone taking the P---.
I was told reregister- got a new number and yes that tells customers "THE BOX IS FULL" so still no incoming calls.
Should I just forget this VoIP Phone and go back to a couple of tin cans and a bit of wet string - At least that worked.
