When i first had Voip it worked well. Then about a week ago when i dialed a Land line the the connection would cease as soon as it was answered.
The error stated that the other end had hung up.
Two days after raising a ticket they fixed the problem.
Since then the signal has been unreliable, breaking up 20% of the time.
They told me to alter the codex.
When i sent them a screen shoot asking which one i got no reply.
Sent them another message and they replied saying disable the firewall.
