Hi,

Im having problems accessing my webhosts port i.e example.com:2082 - does plus.net block this port ? i've have tried accessing after disabling my firewall etc still doesnt work as it was working a day ago Cry

i've asked my host and they say its from my side.. but i cant figure it out :? ....does anyone know how i can check what ports are blocked on norton firewall 03? and how to change them ?

Check the norton logs, it should tell you if access was blocked.

i've checked the logs already, but it didnt show port 2082

So far, tests I have made seem to operate correctly.

I have no problem with port 2082. In fact it is the port normally used by cPanel, as used by most web hosts.
