Blacklisted by Spamcop

I've had several people tell me that they sent me mail but I've not received it.

Now I've had this from one friend:

To: <d.story1@ntlworld.com>
Sent: Monday, February 16, 2004 6:20 PM
Subject: Mail System Error - Returned Mail

I checked the spamcop reference but it didn't make sense to me.

Anything I can/should do about this?

There is nothing you can do about this.

According to spamcop, that IP is one of NTLs mail servers, and has been sending spam for some days.

Only NTL can fix this.
