400 - Bad Request after install of X-Lite

Hi,

I've just installed X-Lite (downloaded from PN link), and configured it (I think) as per the instructions. I've configured my NAT router to open the ports specified in the help section.

The software tries to connect to the service, and ultimately returns the message 'Registration Error: 400 - Bad Request'.

Can somebody please tell me what I have done wrong?

I think a 400 Bad Request error is caused by a problem with your SIP provider, in your case PlusNet. Suggest you try later and if it is still a problem raise a ticket.

Thanks for the reply, but I've tried over the past few days to get connected, and tried various configuration options, but to no avail.

If I don't get a resolution from the forum in the next couple of days, I will do as you suggest and raise a ticket.
