In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

oldjim - I'm not sure I've got a mailboxname. I've got a username and password. Do I set up a mailboxname or will I already have been given one?

Then to mailboxes you should see all the addresses which are setup
It maybe that you only have one username@username.plus.com
Is the case
When you access them via Outlook Express do you have the login name as username only
To go back to an earlier question - have you tried viewing the emails via webmail before opening Outlook Express and downloading them
