want to set up email but plusnet won't let me

Hello just joined plusnet,and i want to set up an email address,i go to the page and it says new customers have to wait 30 mins to access the page, 4hrs and still waiting.
Is there another way i can set this up please

Try either with another browser, or clearing cookies and starting again.

Still can't use manage my emails section (2 days now) Not impressed at all. Jaggies did what you suggested but no change, I see another new customer is having the same problems

I've given it a kick for you, can you try again and see if you can sort your mailboxes out now?

I have exactly the same question. I signed up yesterday, and I have this same message even today. I did not set up a Plusnet email address during signup so I would now like one, even though I will not be migrated yet.
