Without warning Both I and my wife cannot send emails because of the above message. I know and have correctly set the username passwords and can read webmail. I cannot see where to set the password for relay. Is this something plusnet do to us from time to time just to keep us on our toes or have I done something silly? Sanity-saving reply much appreciated.

@grumpy3 Based on your update, which is on the Tech board, I would say this is nothing to do with Plusnet, more with your iPads. They do have a habit of getting their knickers in a twist occasionally, and the generally effective way is to delete and recreate the affected account(s).
