unable to create new folders in plusnet webmail

Hi folks,

I haven't been able to create new folders in my plusnet webmail for months - I believe this started around the time the "We have temporarily disabled the sort function, there is no need to contact us." message started appearing on the login page. Can anyone help me so I can create new folders? Thanks!

Hi there, hope all is well!

There was an issue a bit ago where peoples webmail folders were lost temporarily, but I do not recall seeing anything where people were unable to create new ones.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong...

Have you tried the regular fixes, different device, a different browser? Clearing cache and cookies?

Could you please send me you PlusNet account username in a private message here on the forums? That way I can get a task raised to our net-ops team to solve this one.

Can you please explain exactly what you see and the steps require to reproduce the errors.

Which email brand?

Something that catches people out is not selecting a parent folder - change this from the three dashes and that should work for you.

Thanks v much for your reply - I don't think I used to have to choose a parent folder 🤔 anyways this worked for me 🙂
