unable to access calendar on iPad since password change

Nightmare day, Due to spam alert from Plusnet changed my email password, then needed to change router password, After a few hours everything working on three devices - except I can longer access the calendar for my main email account on my iPad. Have tried everything, deleting account, reinstalling it etc but the calendar for that account is not showing. Any ideas?

What calendar?
Plusnet email does not support any calendar service.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
