transfer outlook express emails to plusnet

let me first say hi to all my first time on this site.
could anyone please tell me if I can get my old emails from outlook express transfered to plusnet I have just recently changed over to plusnet ISP and I am not sure how to go about it or if it can be done.

You can not transfer emails to PlusNet with outlook express, but you can send and receive emails from PlusNet, is that what you are wanting to do?  If Yes

I think you could do it if you set up the new Plusnet account inside OE using IMAP. You'd then be able to copy all the emails in to the new mailbox which would then be synced with the Plusnet server.

I will assume your old emails have been downloaded onto your PC - that is usually the case - so you can see them when you open Outlook Express. Add a new account in OE, following the instructions in Midnight Caller's link. You should then see two accounts in the left hand pane in OE - your old one and the new one. You can leave them as they are, or just drag and drop emails or entire folders from the old account to the new one.
