spf - too many lookups

Hi,

I've just tried to set up an spf record for my domain because I am relaying mail through relay.plus.net.  When I try to set up the record, my isp rejects it due to "too many lookups".  Looking at spf documentation, it says that lookups should be limited to 10.  I have run the spf records of both madasafish.com and plus.net through spf record checker on mxtoolbox.com and it reports in both cases that there are "too many included lookups (12)".  Does anyone know whether there is a way around this, as I am currently unable to add the spf record to my domain's dns records.

@mattd15 you spf record should look like this

v=spf1 a mx include:_spf-internal.plus.net include:_spf-internal2.plus.net ~all
