To raise a "Ticket" or "Question" as it is otherwise known, Login to "My Account" here
In your specific case, I would select >Technical Support  >[More]  >Other and then fill in the detail in the box.
I would attach a complete copy of the Error message. Make sure your details (mobile no:/email address below the box) are correct.
