Re: retrieving emails from plusnet

Hi there,
If it's not yet cancelled you could request that it's downgraded to a mail only account, which would enable you to keep the mailboxes working - it costs a bit less than £2 a month for that.
If the account is not yet cancelled you can get the mail as normal, I'd recommend doing so because when it is cancelled the mailboxes will be destroyed (along with any email as yet uncollected).

http://www.plus.net/support/service/policies/cancellation.shtml#generalPolicies item 6.

It is possible, when requesting an account cancellation, to request a downgrade to a mail only package for £20 a year instead of full account closure. This will allow continued access to email and some member centre features. This option must be requested at the time of cancellation.

Re: retrieving emails from plusnet

In that case I'm afraid there won't be any mail waiting as that's deleted when the mailbox component is destroyed. We could reactivate it for you if you wish so you can continue using the email as per my post above if you wish?
