retrieving emails from plusnet

i have cancelled my plusnet account, can i retreive my emails

Hi there,
If it's not yet cancelled you could request that it's downgraded to a mail only account, which would enable you to keep the mailboxes working - it costs a bit less than £2 a month for that.
If the account is not yet cancelled you can get the mail as normal, I'd recommend doing so because when it is cancelled the mailboxes will be destroyed (along with any email as yet uncollected).

Since when has downgrading to a dialup account for email retrieval cost money

In that case I'm afraid there won't be any mail waiting as that's deleted when the mailbox component is destroyed. We could reactivate it for you if you wish so you can continue using the email as per my post above if you wish?
