rejecting emails

I want to reject emails from a specific person. Ideally i never want to see them and also would like the sender to know that they have not been accepted/delivered. I have a domain name through 1&1 which handles mail, i.e.  the person sends mail to xxx@yyy.co.uk. This is then directed to plus net as post@xxx.plus.com which is then delivered via Windows Mail where is is then sorted into a folder. When I reply, the recipient only sees my email address as xxx@yyy.co.uk. Hope this is clear.
Any thoughts?

Re: rejecting emails

Hi there,
If you visit the manage my mail section in the portal, then go to the spam tab and scroll to the bottom you can add email addresses in there that you'd like to be blocked (spam filtering must be enabled for this to work though).
Hope that helps,

Re: rejecting emails

I'm not surprised IronPort thinks it is spammy. I would try adding tgcgmail.com to your IronPort whitelist.

Re: rejecting emails

can you explain that, as the previous six all came via tgcmail and were not marked as spam. And would the cloud trial also have hidden it from me? if so I dont want the cloud filter

Re: rejecting emails

The explanation is that I'm not surprised IronPort considered it to be spammy. Who knows how Cloudmark would have processed it, they didn't send it when that was filtering our emails.
