push mail for iphone

I pull my emails onto my iphone 4 and have used the settings as directed on the plusnet support http://community.plus.net/library/email/setting-up-plusnet-email-on-an-iphone/
I'm frustrated that plusnet don't have push email/exchange mail server where all mail is synced. Are there any plans to have this syncing feature? Am I missing something? I'm seriously thinking of moving to a different provider or forwarding all my mail to hotmail so that I can have that sync funtionality. Please let me know if you can help?

I have my emails available on my Ipod Touch using IMAP (both my PN / FOL account and my yahoo account) I can still see them on my desk top as well. Is that what you're talking about?
