Hi Everybody
Apologies if this has been answered here but I have not been able to find it. I also tried to use the chat box in the main PN website but it disappeared and I can't find it again!!
I am trying to set up my address contacts and I want to create a new group in my address book. Having opened the address book, I click on the + button at the bottom of the group box. A small box appears at the top of the box which I can type a name into. However that is as far as I can get. I can't open it to add new contacts. Also when I navigate away from the address book and return the new group is not there anymore.
Any suggestions? Thanks
ps. I've got Win 8.1 (!!!!!!) but I must admit I love touch screen.

Similar problem being discussed here. Sounds to me like you're not pressing enter or clicking outside of the group name after typing it. Without doing this, I doubt it will be saved.
