plusnet webmail messages archived - help please

I have two webmail addresses - one is madasafish and the other is a plusnet one which I rarely use.  My old messages have been archived and I am not sure how to get them back.  The user name and password are the same for both.

I'm sorry to see your mail has been archived. Just to confirm is it just your Plusnet mail which has been archived or your Madasafish address too? There's no notification on either account to indicate we've archived your mail although when an email address is archived due to inactivity this usually doesn't leave a footprint.

Thanks for replying.  Yes, just the plusnet one. The madasafish one is fine.

Leave this with me and I'll get the mailbox restored for you, it may be tomorrow as the people who have access to the right system to carry this out don't seem to be in the office tonight
