plusnet/totalise webmail

HI New boy first post. I have a totalise email now managed through PlusNet webmail. How do I access my account as I can not seem to do it  on PlusNet. Secondly anyone know how I can block specific emails on totalise. Many thanks

Hiya, you should be able to access your Totalise account by logging into the Madasafish portal from here and you can access your emails at Plusnet Webmail here (as you've mentioned).

Unfortunately there is no user configurable spam filter for Totalise (or Madasafish accounts in general) so it won't be possible to block specific emails at an account level.
