plusnet email doesn't work

plusnet email doesn't work

Can anyone tell me why plusnet email doesn't work from iPhone? It fails to send my emails.
It tries to for several minutes then says "The connection to the outgoing server "relay.plus.net" failed. Additional outgoing mail servers can be configured in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
Does anyone know if plusnet are going to fix this fault as I am unable to find where I can raise tickets anymore?

I have looked at the guide and my email is set up correctly on iPhone but emails will not send using my plusnet account. This is a plusnet fault.

Give them a ring then and see what they can do.

Do you have an active broadband account with Plusnet?

Elsewhere you have implied that you have moved to Virgin media. If that is the case then - unless you changed your Plusnet account to email only (and pay for that service) you will no longer have access to the Plusnet email servers.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
