plusnet email account issue?

Email account still showing as issue with it in my account?
Why is it still showing as a issue?
Can you fix this please?

There is no specific issue with YOUR email / account.
Plusnet do have a long standing email service performance issue - that is what the SYSTEM SERVICE STATUS report you are looking at refers to. There is nothing specifically for YOU to worry about here.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Nothing to be scared of here ... other than the back-lash there would be if the service status status-report were removed.

We can remove your e-mail service from your account, but it won't change our service status page at http://status.plus.net/ I'm afraid as that webpage is there to advise all customer of ongoing problems we've got. It's not account specific.

@Manny7860 The answer to your last question is an emphatic 'YES' - as @Gandalf has said this is a system-wide ongoing problem which PN are aware of, and until they are satisfied they have resolved it, the notice will remain on the status page, which is global, and not specific to you.
