Hi Folks I set up my plus net email account on my new toy-a Samsung Note 10.1 tablet-as per screen shots. The Android o/s says that the account is now running and synchronized but any time I try and access it all I get is that it's loading . I've left it for over an hour but it still tells me its loading !So no email account access. Help appreciated. Thanks
Are you still having problems? If you are (and this might sound odd), try sending 10 test emails to the address from a working email account. Once you've done that, open the email application on the tablet and see if it helps. I've seen some smartphone/email applications struggle with small volumes of mail in the past due to a bug/nuance with the mail collection software we rely on (Courier).
