messages with attchments being rejected by avasin16.plus.net

I am having a problem receiving mails with attachments from an address I have be getting them from for years 

They keep getting a reject email message :

Can someone shed some light on this and a solution please tearing my hair out

The emails have been reported as spam a number of times by recipients and so the automated safeguards are rejecting it.

We've had the fingerprint reset, however as most of those reports of spam were from recipients then the sender needs to be careful with their list or it will get flagged again.

Still ongoing the 3rd party is out until Friday, I will keep you informed as soon as I get a response from them

This seems to have been fixed now as I received email this morning with an attachment happy happy thank you to all with this issue
