marked as spam still getting through

marked an email on 7th Sept via web mail but more arrived today

FTTP 500 regrade from Tues 28th November

yep hotels.com iirc i even marked it over a year ago as well

If you check the Return-path@ value in the headers of the message is the domain part of the address (after the @ symbol) always the same (it might not be hotels.com)? If it is I suggest entering that in the 'blacklist' panel on the Manage My Mail Spam tab.

Persistent 'offer' spammers often change this sender domain slightly from time to time so if blacklisting appears to stop working check again and add the changed value.

same return in both "bounce.mail.hotels.com" in last 2, no longer have a save of the one a year ago, HDD died that held that so can't check it.

The blacklist doesn't fix that webmail spam marking isn't working @bobpullen its the bandaid

I've no reason to believe it's not working. It doesn't work on a per user basis though, it's global, so simply marking a message as spam a couple of times isn't necessarily going to alter the filters behaviour.
