madasafish not working now Plusnet has taken over

Has anybody who has had to move from madasafish managed to get their Outlook mail working? Received several emails from Plusnet today to say that the switch to Plusnet was up and running as from today, however, when I tried to open Outlook it asked for username and password for server: mail.madasafish.com and it wouldnt accept my old username and password OR the new username and password which plusnet has given me.  Tried to contact via chat but afer getting from 8th to 6th in the queue it cut me off. I am pulling my hair out as need my email urgently.

What mail server were you told to use after migration? Did it stay the same or is there a new PlusNet one to use?
I use Outlook to access native PlusNet email and the server is mail.plus.net.

You won't be able to use the Madasafish email servers with a Plusnet address if you are trying to use a Plusnet email address. You won't be able to use your old Madasafish email address unless you opted to keep it during the migration.

Try your Madasafish details again. I've made some changes that should allow you back in.

Thank you for replies but so far nothing has worked.  When I try to run Outlook I get the message 
Enter your username and password for the following server:  mail.madasafish.com  As my username and password that I always use werent accepted and th e new username that PlusNet gave me was also not accepted I took the advice of HP sauce and changed the incoming and outging IMAP mail server tomail.plusnet.com but that didn't work with my old username and password.
The odd thing is that I can get my madasafish emails on my iphone and ipad but not on my laptop.

Sorry, but I did NOT advise you to do that, I asked what you had been told to use and merely pointed out that what I use as a long-standing PN customer (who did not migrate from MAAF).

Is Outlook configured to use IMAP or POP3?
If IMAP then your username needs to be your full email address.
IMAP and POP3 are both now working for your account (there was still something wrong with the IMAP account that I've now fixed):
