long term problems with my webmail access

Interesting, i am having long term problems with my webmail access, and am now advised that probably too many on file, now i did have top end of 300s now reduced to 295 and still no different... how many is too many?..appears an excuse to cover all webmail access problems which appear to be long standing, many people with webmail problems on here

@boxwoodbikes Having 300 emails in your mailbox shouldn't cause problems, I have 900 in mine. Do you have a lot of deleted messages in the Trash/Deleted Items folder which need clearing out by emptying the folder? The way IMAP works these could also still be in Inbox but not visible because their \deleted flags have been set. Compacting Inbox (a selection on the cog menu. bottom left) would clear these.

Otherwise, what sort of Webmail access problems are you having?
