list of emails not visible

Hi can anyone help?

My list of emails is not visible in any folder - inbox, sent items etc.

I access my emails via webmail on my laptop. If I access my webmail account from another computer the emails are visible.

I suspect the bar that separates the email list from the email you are viewing has gone too high up the screen and has disappeared from view. As a result, because I am not clicked on any specific email, I can't see the list of emails or read an individual email. Any suggestions?

You could try turning off preview. then select a folder and pick a message around mid way through it. Try turning preview on again; not sure if this will make the divider line reappear..

In fact I've found a better answer.

In webmail on your image;view point to the header strip which shows, "Date  From Subject", Then move the pointer very slowly downwards, you should find two parallel, horizontal lines eventually appear. Stop when they do, click at that point and drag downwards.

When I do this with my account it causes the divider to appear and display the message list. Problem solved. 😀
