Have you set up a Plusnet email address in Manage My Mail
http://email.plus.net/? You should be able to receive messages on that now though sending will only work from
Webmail until your Plusnet connection is live.
For setting up Incredimail the incoming and outgoing server information is given at the bottom of your Member Centre
Connection Settings page.
Plusnet don't provide an email setup guide specifically for Incredimail but any of the others
here covers the principles.
