thanks, yes it looks like its back.
I'd not seen any warning emails about mailbox size, but now, after checking the tickets bit on the member centre, I can see there were some warnings and prompts, last month.
Sorry, they must have been picked up by spam/junk folders on both our contact emails.
I'll trim it all down tonight
