Your mailbox password (<username>@<username>.plus.com would be the same as the portal login password.
If you want to change the password of another mailbox you can log into the portal then click on 'Account Management' then click 'Manage my Email'.
In the following page click the mailbox you wish to change the password for then clock on Edit.
