help unarchiving e mails

Hi 

i am terribly sorry but have fallen foul of not emptying my e mails properly and they were archived friday night . I phone up and a ticket was raised to unarchive them on friday night but i am still waiting to have it done so that i can delete stuff from my business e mail which this is
