fonefunshop email blocking

I'm not getting emails from a company called "fonefunshop" and have been told by them that Plusnet are blocking all emails from them,I would have thought that if this were the case I would still see the emails in my webmail junk folder, could someone from Plusnet please advise.

Hi Del,
The antispam platform we rely on consider fonefunshop.co.uk to be a domain name that's been associated with the sending of spam messages. I'll ask for somebody to clear the domain's reputation after which emails should start to filter through again.
Not all email is filtered to your junk folder. Some spam will be rejected at the SMTP layer.
