On webmail.plus.net you tick the boxes to select which messages are to be moved, then select the destination folder from the Move Selected To select list beside the Move button, then click the Move button. However I think the operation (drag and drop) is much easier in the Roundcube betawebmail.plus.net product which hopefully will soon become the primary webmail offering.
