emails from plusnet are coming in doubled

Hi any emails that plusnet send me are coming in doubled, eg bill notification, ticket updates i am getting 2 of them coming in with the same time stamp on them

I've been receiving about 5% of forum "Topic Reply" emails duplicated for a few weeks now, all other emails are OK.

That will have always been the case.  This is because we send one copy to your postmaster mailbox and one copy to your contact email address - they just both go to the same place!
If you like, we can remove the postmaster mailbox so that you will only receive one copy.
