email problem

Hi
This will seem like a stupid question to most of you but it is doing my head in
When my e mails come up  I cannot access any of my older e mails I can only seem to look at the first page it says 1-40 of 653
I used to have a little black arrow to move to an earlier page but they have disappeared and I cant access anything but the first page of e mails.
This is probably my lack of knowledge about these things but if you don't know you don't know.

This may be wrong as I don't have enough messages on webmail but this is what I see on the lower right and the left and right arrows should do what you want
If you don't have that perhaps you can attach a screen shot of what you see

That's exactly what I have with exception of the little black arrow heads that take you to the next page or the end or beginning of your e mails they have totally disappeared ?

Which operating system and browser are you using
Also have you got "noscript" enabled

Explorer I know not the greatest but Firefox kept crashing

Very interesting
I just tried in IE11 and the buttons aren't there but hovering the mouse over where they should be brings up the message "show next set"
I will report is as a bug
