email fee if one leaves plusnet

If I move to another non-BT ISP, what does PN charge for using my PN email address?

Re: email fee if one leaves plusnet

They now charge nothing, but you MUST raise a request to retain the mailbox BEFORE you leave. If you use the gaining supplier lead migration process without informing Plusnet, the mail addresses will be lost on account termination.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: email fee if one leaves plusnet

Hi @chandu,

As per the above responses, we do not charge to keep your Plusnet email open if you move to a different ISP.

As @Townman has mentioned, if you decide to move to a different ISP please let us know that you want to keep your mailboxes before your services move over to your new provider.

Re: email fee if one leaves plusnet

@EmilyD and @Townman ,

Thank you very much for your input.

I have been PN customer for past 9 years and hope that I do not need to move to another ISP; as I hope that PN are staying good to me!!!!

Many regards,

Chandu.
