I can't send emails and keep getting outgoing emails bounce by "system administrator"- I get the message : "452 Too many recipients received this hour" -even if I'm only trying to send one email to onr recipient Can I fix this myself or do I have to contact Plusnet ( tried by phone twice - long wait and can't get through). Any help would be appreciated.
I think this is associated with configuration problems on the anti-spam Cloudmark devices which Plusnet will need to take a look at. Rather than enduring a long wait on the phone I suggest raising a ticket using the Help Assistant (using the link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22227&wizard_id=38 should be suitable). Copying the first paragraph of your post provides a suitable outline of the problem, but following that with the full text of the bounce message will provide the support team with information to help diagnosis.
