email attechments

trying to send emails with attachments and suddenly have got "failed to send Message" notification in webmail. Have tried asking plusnet help with no success, had no problem until yesterday and have tried sending messages with attachments and only seem to be able to send message with one attachment at a time, they are files I have sent before and are no more than 48 Kb each, any suggestions?

I think this maybe connected to a problem we're having with our webmail servers at the moment, you can read about it in our service status post here.

We're hoping for an update about this problem tomorrow, as soon as we get that we will update the service status post.

Sorry that you're still experiencing issues, are you getting an error message of any kind?

yes " cannot send message" in the box that either comes up pink saying spelling error or green if mail sends ok

This has been a problem for some months for some of us and is discussed in other topics. It's often when there are attachments but sometimes occurs when they're not present. We live in hope that next week's changes are going to resolve this issue as well as the slowdown in the webmail service.
