I have received an email informing me that my email has been archived before I could complete thrifting the mailbox. I can't get through by phoen or chat so can you please raise a ticket to unarchive my mail.
A warm welcome to the forums. Did you not receive the several week's of warning emails after you exceeded 75% of the email storage FUP?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
