Hi  I have had to leave Plusnet long story .

Iam able to still access my emails or have i lost them all ?

@dougle25 When did you leave them? There is the option to retain an 'email-only' account, but it should really be requested before you start the leaving process.

You may be lucky then - they may be able to set one up. I would suggest contacting them by phone ASAP. Do not take this as a guarantee though, accounts are deleted fairly quickly.

Hi Dave,

Unfortunately we'll only be able to retain your emails after cancellation if you ask for this before the account's cancelled (or we've made an error). Feel free to PM me your username if that's the case and I'll be happy to arrange.

Sounds like Dave's out of luck then, @Gandalf , because he obviously didn't ask at the time of cancellation.
