Use an email client to connect to Plusnet webmail using IMAP then delete the emails.

The only way of connecting another application to webmail would be html scraping. Webmail is just another email client connecting to the mailboxes using IMAP. As pierre_pierre posted, use an email client to connect directly to the IMAP interface to the mailboxes.

Though deleting via an e-mail client connected using IMAP is fastest, it is practical to do this using SquirrelMail as long as increased page-size message lists will display - and you have the patience to wait 3 or more minutes for each list to appear. The procedure is similar to that described in the Support Library article Emptying the IMAP Spam Folder Using SquirrelMail - but stay on Inbox rather than swapping to the Spam folder.
The article was written at the time spam volumes tended to be huge. The article suggests displaying 250 messages at a time, though I think someone commented that using 500 had been successful.
