delivery report

Morning all,
Not sure if it's been asked before but is it possible to get a delivery and read report for my emails that I send through my Plusnet account?
I can't seem to find any instructions on how to set it.

is that via webmail or an email client
If webmail just click on the gear icon to the right of the menu bar when writing the email
