Hi folks, for a week I have been unable to use popmail (via thunderbird) as the plusnet server is rejecting all my email addresses as spam, I also tried rerouting though gmail but that one bounced too. I have raised a ticket and it was 'passed to our network team' but no response so far (can they not just unblock me?) Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions of ways round this? I really need to be able to have the to-and-fro from the mail stored on my pc and using the email addresses that the various people expect.

Hi there,
The problem is being caused by a particular website address that you have listed in your email signature. Our anti-spam appliances seem to have associated that domain name with the sending and/or receipt of spam emails.
I've reset the reputation of the domain and you should find that you can now send/receive messages without problem.
