I added reed.co.uk to my blacklist, yet I just received more mail from it, From: "reed.co.uk" <no-reply @ e.reed.co.uk> Is it working?
FTTP 500 regrade from Tues 28th November

The blacklist entry needs to be either the complete email address or the complete domain string after the @ both taken from the "Return-path" header at the top of the message source. Note this is not necessarily the same as the From header entry which email clients display..
Assuming the domain you mentioned is the same in Return-path, the blacklist entry needs to be e.reed.co.uk.
