trying to send email to Australia (BigPond) - just gets bounced with a blacklist warning

It would be better to create a screenshot of the webpage then it is easy to redact any personal information like IP addresses then post that.

@disfroot I get that response too. I send plenty of emails - but not to Australia - and never have a problem. I'm no email expert, but I'm guessing there is something else at play here.

I poked this question with the email service support team. They advised this was attended to as part of standard systems monitoring on Sunday.
@disfroot Have you tried to send an email again since then?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I successfully sent the original email the following day, yes. It seems that the avasout02 mailhost is still on the SORBS SPAM blacklist, however.
I'm a little puzzled that it took them until Sunday to detect that one of their mailhosts was on one of the major blacklists, however. You'd have thought this was an hourly cron task for something.
