The Service Status link on the main site has been broken for days. Help&Support even comes up with a popup saying that there are Webmail problems, but the link crashes out too. That's where people normally go for the Service Status rather than this forum. Come on PN - you're not doing well for a tecchy company!

Yes, encouraging signs this morning that things might be getting back to normal. Response is still a bit slow, but no time-outs yet. Mind you, we've had periods of near-normal service at quiet times before, only for it all to go down the pan again a few hours later. Let's see if it holds up for the whole weekend...

My email usually works first thing in the morning but thereafter is VERY slow and hit and miss. I can't connect at all again now. I do feel a little sorry for Plusnet as they are obviously trying hard to sort things out but I have been complaining about this for months on and off and for most of that time no problems with WebMail were listed on their site. They must have known there was a problem months ago. I do hope they sort it out soon as it's very very tedious and time consuming.

Spoke to soon it's back to it's usual slow self. Takes ages to load Emails

I'm nearly afraid to say this, but I just logged in and not only can I see my emails, I can read them Whoop, whoop.

Nope, I've not been able to get email since 9.30 this morning. I Login and immediately get "You must be logged in to access this page" and that's how it goes over and over.
