Wife unavailable

Yes wife, not wifi. I cannot send an email to my wife who has a waitrose.com email account, and she cannot send an email to me at PN. We are told the Waitrose "domain has no delivery address (DNS MX or A record)". This seems to be a problem that has just started today. Any thoughts about what to do? (Other than just enjoying the peace while it lasts.)

Thanks to whoever found which bit of equipment to kick/restart/whatever ... it all seems to have been back to normal since about 12noon.
