Click on File -> Options -> Mail
Advanced
Maintenance
Store Folder
^^ This will tell you where it all is Smiley

Re: Where are my emails stored?

Many thanks Brian and DomS.
I found the folder in which my Live Mail messages are stored, however, understanding the contents is not so easy!  I wonder if you can help further?
My problem is that I've deleted some messages I wanted to keep.  However, they will be in the folder which is part of a frequent back-up procedure scheduled with Acronis.
There is a folder called "ms message file store," however, I cannot find the individual message files.
Can you help?
Regards and thanks for your help.....Noel

Re: Where are my emails stored?

I can't help much further other than my messages in my POP3 based accounts are all stored in their respective folders under the main store folder. Individual email are there as .eml files which can be opened and viewed although their filenames can be a little cryptic.
